Fitness instructor and YouTuber famous for inventing her 21 Day Fix diet. She's an Beachbody fitness trainer who is accredited as a certified personal trainer. The self-titled channel was established on September 27, 2013 and is regularly updated with exercises and tips on dieting. Her previous work was with Brooke Burke's Modern Mom.
