Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor. She was born on June 13th in 1962. In 1983, following her film debut Bad Boys, Sheedy became part of the Brat group consisting of actors. She appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) as well as WarGames. For her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead. Ally Sheedy was born in the US and is an actor and an writer. She started her film career early in the 1980s with the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she received a lot of praise. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other popular actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. After her success in a movie she starred as a character in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. The film by John Hughes called The Breakfast Club is considered as being among the most memorable films of high school cinema. Even though the film's budget was $1 million it has made more than $50 million. When she was on CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her television debut. It was a show for teenagers that began to air in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other TV shows the actress appeared on. The most recent of her appearances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story featuring a female superhero in which Sheedy appears in a cameo. Sheedy is the recipient of numerous awards for her outstanding performances, among them the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
